A Better Way began as an advocacy group for better development on Grand Avenue, and has expanded to encompass development city-wide. This page is the former cover page of the sadly unsuccessful attempt to influence the suburban-based development team to build better: they could have built an amazing mixed-use project that would have added housing in a more equitable way, at a compatible scale… all while supporting local business, a vibrant Grand Avenue and a walkable, livable neighborhood for residents & visitors & employees.
