Solar Noon. Winter solstice. This is the most sun (the shortest shadow) of the day. It projects > 100 feet onto adjacent property. If the building were held to zoning code it would only be <25 feet on neighbor’s property..

Developer images never show the full building and use tricks of perspective to disguise the full size of the building.
